The long voyage home starts today. “Book of Ithaca” is now live: a 5x3, 10 payline book slot from Hölle Games that sends players across the wine-dark sea on the most famous journey of Greek legend. The island of Ithaca waits on the horizon, but between the reels and home stand storms, monsters and the anger of the gods.
The Book is both WILD and SCATTER. It stands in for every symbol to complete payline wins, and it holds the secret route home. Around it, the Archer, the Boat, the Cyclops and the Harpy bring the heroes, ships and beasts of the Odyssey to the reels.
Land 3, 4 or 5 Books anywhere to trigger the Win & Respin feature with 3, 4 or 5 Free Spins. A special expanding symbol is chosen at random, and it grows to cover the whole reel whenever it lands for a win. Here is the twist: every expansion resets the spins to their starting number and raises a global multiplier on ALL wins by +1. There is no limit to the resets or to the multiplier, so the voyage can go on and on, with wins of up to 5000x.
For those who cannot wait for a fair wind, the Buy Feature skips the voyage and opens the Book of Ithaca instantly. Fire Stake raises the sails for a faster course to the feature. And of course, the signature card and ladder gamble features are on board too, for a chance to push any base-game win even higher.
Heroes are not made in harbours. So hoist the sails, face the Cyclops, and may the winds carry you home to Ithaca.
The game is now available for MGA with other territories following soon.
About Hölle Games
Hölle Games is a fully independent ‘Made in Germany’ video slots studio.
With licences for MGA, Sweden, Greece, United Kingdom and ISO 27001 certification, they not only focus on providing ‘Classic’ games German players love, such as Fruits, Bells XL and Höllische Sieben, but also produce a ‘Premium’ series of slots with unique artwork and cutting-edge game concepts. These often carry distinctive German product names that most Germans will instantly recognise, such as “Holla die Waldfee”. Furthermore, Hölle Games has produced a new and unique game mechanic called “Bonus Spin”, a player friendly and compliant solution for the German tax regulation, which they have invited other studios to freely use.
Besides being a games-company, Hölle Games is also a technology company and as such they do offer their in-house built Remote Gaming Server (RGS), called "Hinterzimmer", as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, to allow anyone to develop real money casino-games.
