We're not just remote-first; we're remote-only—with a twist. Gear up for 3-4 one-week "workations" each year where our entire team unites for collaboration and some fun. We’re hiring across the CET timezone +/- 3 hours, reaching from Portugal to India and Iceland to South Africa.

🚀 The Opportunity

As a Senior Game Producer, you will lead the development lifecycle of online gambling games, from concept through launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to create compelling slot and instant-win games.  You will also be actively involved in larger projects such as integrations or new market entries, and also take an operational engagement in various projects.

This is a flexible role - we’re a start-up, where your input is visible and meaningful, and also means every day will be different. If you like working in segregated departments with a strict management hierarchy, don’t read any further.

💻 The Role

• Project Management: You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process for multiple games, ensuring timely delivery.
• Concept Development: You will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise themes, mechanics, and features.
• Coordination: You will serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment. You will also likely be involved in general operations.
• Quality Assurance: You will be actively involved in testing games to ensure they meet our performance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Market Analysis: You will use insights on market trends and player preferences to inform game design and feature selection.
• Compliance & Documentation: You will ensure game specifications and project documentation adhere to our standards.

😊About you

• 3+ years as a Producer (or similar role) in online gambling - this is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong understanding of slot game design, creation, and production pipelines.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.
• Experience with JIRA is not at all required.
• Pragmatic and flexible while staying organised - you will hold the threads!
• Familiarity with the industry is essential, also knowledge of compliance regulations and technical knowledge is a bonus.
